Neil, owner of KHS Inspection Services and 2022 Past President of the St. Louis Chapter of American Society of Home Inspectors, is a ASHI Certified Inspector that performs inspections to discover defects, assess functionality, reveal safety conditions, and recommend restorative procedures for single- and multi- family residential and commercial buildings of all types.

Serves as an Senior Engineering Technician and assists with numerous structural evaluations of foundations for settling, wall shifting, and mine subsidence as well as evaluations for the cause of moisture intrusion and deterioration of support structures.

Neil has conducted over 1250 home inspections and has over 400 hours of training through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and over 350 hours of continuing education focusing on home inspecting and home components.

He worked as a carpenter for several years in Colorado.

He has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University in 2007 and previously studied electrical engineering and technology at DeVry University in Kansas City.

Neil has worked as a residential, farm, and commercial property manager in a variety of locations. He has 15 years of construction experience renovating homes, farm property and framing commercial buildings.

Trained Missouri SAVE (Structural Assessment & Visual Evaluation) inspector for rapid visual evaluation of damaged buildings.

Neil is also an Affiliate of the St. Charles County Association of Realtors.
